Ingredients
  

  • 1 bulb Garlic
  • olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
  • Peel the white skin off the garlic bulb. Chop off the top of the garlic bulb so each garlic head shows.
  • Drizzle the raw garlic with olive oil and lightly brush/rub it into the garlic cloves.
  • Seal the tin foil around the garlic bulb.
  • Roast in the oven for about 30 minutes.
