soy milk

banana
mashed

Instructions
Combine the chia seeds, coconut milk, soy milk, maple syrup, cinnamon and mashed banana together in a bowl.
Whisk until well combined.
Cover the bowl and place it in the fridge for 1 hour to firm up.
Separate the chia pudding into 2 cups and top with chopped bananas, coconut chips, and anything else your heart desires.
