Made with only 4 simple ingredients, this chipotle cashew dip is incredibly easy-to-make and delicious! A perfect veggie and chip dip or topping to tacos, burritos, and more.
1cuproastedunsalted cashews (soaked 8-10 hours in water)
2chipotle peppers in adobo sauce + 1 tablespoon adobo sauce
1/2cupwater
1/4-1/3cupcane or brown sugarif you want it more spicy, use less sugar. If you want it sweeter, add sugar
Instructions
After allowing the cashews to soak for 8-10 hours, add them to a blender or food processor. Process until smooth.
Add the rest of your ingredients and process to combine.

Notes: You’ll need a high-powered blender or food processor to make this dip really smooth.
If you didn’t soak the cashews, you can quick soak them with boiling water for 5-10 minutes.
