1/4cupsea saltI like using Celtic Sea Salt or Redmond's Real Salt for maximum minerals
1Tbsponion powder
1Tbspgarlic powder
1Tbspdried parsley
1Tbspdried thyme
1Tbspdried oregano
1Tbspdried basil
1Tbspcelery seed
1tspblack pepper
1tspdried rosemary
1tspfennel seeds
1/2tsppaprika
Instructions
Begin by preheating your oven to the lowest setting, around 150°F (65°C).
Spread the nutritional yeast onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake it in the oven for about 10-15 minutes. This step deactivates the yeast and enhances the umami flavor of the bouillon.
Allow the deactivated yeast to cool down. Then, using a food processor, combine it with the kosher salt, onion powder, garlic powder, dried parsley, dried thyme, dried oregano, dried basil, celery seed, black pepper, dried rosemary, fennel seeds, and paprika.
Process the mixture until you achieve a fine powder.
Transfer the homemade vegetable bouillon powder to an airtight container, such as a dry jar, and store it in a cool, dark place.
