I started studying and using herbs out of my own n

I started studying and using herbs out of my own need to heal after a debilitating autoimmune disease… then to support my pregnancies & postpartum journeys… then to keep my family healthy when inevitable aches, pains, cuts, scrapes, and sicknesses arise.

Herbalism was full of “woo woo” ideals that I couldn’t ever relate to. I had to find my way with God as my anchor.

I wanted a business with the foundational knowledge that the LORD created these herbs on earth for us to heal & thrive. 🌿

And it seemed many other families felt the same way.

I couldn’t have dreamed the Lord would bless this business as much as He has... there have been many hard seasons, but I’ve always felt called to this (with my family being my first calling).

Took this iced herbal tea to a family get-together

Took this iced herbal tea to a family get-together and they loved it!✨ such a refreshing drink.

You can mix it up with different herbs & add-ins but here’s what I did:

• 1 gallon of filtered water mixed with 3 packets of @truecitrus wildberry lemonade
• Frozen organic berries (optional)
• about 6 cups of herbal tea made with rose & elderberry (hibiscus is a good one too!)
• add 1 scoop @allinnutritionals collagen powder to your glass and mix well

I plan on making something like this once a week through the rest of summer so my family can have something yummy & refreshing to sip on while secretly benefiting a lot from the collagen, probiotics, and antioxidant-rich herbs🌿
