Here are the deets (adapted from @eatingbirdfood )

16 medjool dates, pitted*
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¾ - 1 cup milk

Combine everything in a high-speed blender or food processor for 5-10 mins until smooth.

Enjoy this delicious date caramel recipe on it’s own or dip some apples & pretzels!
