Herbal Cough Syrup (That Actually Works 💚) 1. Herbal Cough Syrup (That Actually Works 💚)

1. Make a strong cup of Respi-Tea (or combine Mullein, Peppermint, Marshmallow Root, & Thyme).

2. Let steep for 20 minutes, then strain and stir in raw honey—use about half as much honey as tea. 

3. Mix well and store in the fridge for about one week. 

🌿 Kids under 10: 2 Tbsp every 2–3 hours
🌿 Adults: 4 Tbsp every 2-3 hours

Aphrodisiac Tea Recipe

Ingredients (by parts):

2 parts Damiana Leaf
2 parts Rose Petals
1 part Tulsi (Holy Basil)
1 part Hibiscus Flowers

Instructions:

Mix all herbs together in a jar.
Use 1 tablespoon of the blend per 8 oz of hot water.
Steep covered for 10-15 minutes. The longer it steeps, the stronger the aphrodisiac effect.
Strain and enjoy warm, or chill for an iced version.
