If someone wanted a generation of chronically ill, If someone wanted a generation of chronically ill, immune-compromised kids, this is how they’d do it…😢

The bad news is that “someone” is succeeding... The good news? We can focus on the things we DO control & equip ourselves in order to do better for our families. 💚

Which one of these shocked you the most?

Let’s be so for real… postpartum is not the ti Let’s be so for real… postpartum is not the time to be running on fumes, snapping at everyone, and wondering if your milk supply is about to ghost you.

That’s why this infusion puts minerals, hydration, and hormone-balancing goodness back into your system.
👉🏼So you can stop feeling like a drained, emotional rollercoaster and start feeling like a (somewhat) functional human again.

Now go make this Mama Nourishment Tea 🌿

Ingredients (per quart/jar)

1 tbsp nettle (minerals + milk supply)
1 tbsp oat straw (nervous system support + energy)
1 tsp hibiscus (iron absorption + hydration)
1 tsp lemon balm (hormone + mood balance)
½ tsp ginger (circulation + digestion)

Use Hot (But Not Boiling) Water.
Steep Covered for at Least 30 Minutes.
Strain Well & Drink Warm or Room Temp.
Drink Throughout the Day —
Aim for 2-3 cups daily for best results.
Add a Squeeze of Lemon (Optional) —
Boosts iron absorption from nettle and hibiscus.
