- 1 bulb Garlic
- olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ÂşF.
- Peel the white skin off the garlic bulb. Chop off the top of the garlic bulb so each garlic head shows.
- Drizzle the raw garlic with olive oil and lightly brush/rub it into the garlic cloves.
- Seal the tin foil around the garlic bulb.
- Roast in the oven for about 30 minutes.
