Roasted Red Pepper Dressing
This creamy dressing is oil-free, low in calories, and full of nutrients!
Equipment
- Blender Or Food Processor
Ingredients
- 1 14 oz. oz. jar roasted red peppers with liquid
- 1 14 oz. can artichoke hearts with liquid
- 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp. minced garlic or 2-3 cloves
- 1 tbsp. dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and pulse until smooth.
- Refridgerate for at least 20 minutes before enjoying on top your salad.

Save in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2-3 weeks. The dressing may solidify as it sits in the fridge so whisk well with 1-2 tbsp water before serving.
