Roasted Red Pepper Dressing

This creamy dressing is oil-free, low in calories, and full of nutrients!

Equipment

  • Blender Or Food Processor

Ingredients
  

  • 1 14 oz. oz. jar roasted red peppers with liquid
  • 1 14 oz. can artichoke hearts with liquid
  • 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. minced garlic or 2-3 cloves
  • 1 tbsp. dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and pulse until smooth.
  • Refridgerate for at least 20 minutes before enjoying on top your salad.

Notes

Save in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2-3 weeks. The dressing may solidify as it sits in the fridge so whisk well with 1-2 tbsp water before serving.
